1. Agreement and provider
These Terms apply when an account is created or the service is used. Clear links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy should appear before account creation or payment. Signup currently displays a notice, but recording the accepted version and timestamp is [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED]. A person acting for an organization confirms authority to bind it.
The provider and contracting entity for Egypt and Saudi Arabia is [LEGAL ENTITY INFORMATION REQUIRED]. Registered address, registration, tax/VAT details, licences, and complaint channels are [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
2. Eligibility and accounts
- Provide accurate current information, protect login and MFA credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
- The account administrator controls users, roles, and channels and is responsible for access it authorizes.
- Do not share a personal seat to evade plan limits or use another person's account without permission.
- Minimum age and authority requirements are [MINIMUM USER AGE REQUIRES BUSINESS/LEGAL CONFIRMATION].
3. The Bostagy service and roles
Bostagy is SaaS for customer messages, contacts, teams, reports, automation, channels, integrations, and optional AI features. It is not the seller in a business customer's transaction, a courier, marketplace, or payment agent merely because a conversation concerns an order, shipment, or payment.
The business customer is responsible for its products, prices, delivery, warranties, consumer duties, and messages. A connected provider is responsible for its service under its own terms. Bostagy remains responsible for its platform to the extent required by contract and mandatory law.
4. Plans, trial, prices, tax, and billing
- The Pricing page must show plan limits, currency, total price, taxes, fees, renewal, and payment provider before confirmation.
- The current signup flow does not request a card. Any fixed trial term, eligibility, and paid conversion rules are [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
- Repository prices are EGP 999/month for Individual and EGP 1,499/month for Team. Approval, Egyptian VAT, and invoicing are [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
- Saudi SAR prices, VAT treatment, and the Saudi contracting entity are [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
- Stripe configuration exists, but the live provider and payment flow are [PAYMENT PROVIDER / BILLING FLOW CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
- No price change applies retroactively to a paid term; legally required notice will precede a later renewal change.
5. Electronic contracting
A clear account-creation or paid-plan confirmation can form an electronic agreement after material terms are shown in a retainable form. The service should preserve the Terms version, displayed price, account identity, timestamp, and receipt. Egypt's Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 and the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law must be considered where applicable. The current flow does not record a policy version [COMPLIANCE GAP].
6. Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds
A user may stop renewal or cancel through the displayed account method or support, but effective timing and charges after a service period begins are [CANCELLATION POLICY REQUIRES BUSINESS/LEGAL CONFIRMATION].
Duplicate or unauthorized payment, failed activation, material service failure, and legally valid cancellation should be handled through the original method. Timelines, exceptions, and prorating are [REFUND POLICY REQUIRES BUSINESS/LEGAL CONFIRMATION]. “Cancel anytime” is not itself a refund promise.
Nothing here removes a mandatory Egyptian or Saudi cancellation, rescission, or refund right, including any rule that depends on whether a digital service has begun or the consumer has benefited from it.
7. Customer content, data, and AI
The business customer retains its content rights and grants Bostagy a limited licence to process content only to operate, secure, and support the service. It must have the notices, grounds, permissions, and opt-outs needed for contacts, connected channels, and campaigns, and should avoid sensitive data unless necessary and lawful.
AI replies, summaries, and classifications can be inaccurate. Users must review them before sending, especially for legal, medical, or financial topics. External model use and data scope depend on account configuration and must be covered by processing disclosures and agreements.
8. Acceptable use
- No fraud, impersonation, illegal content, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, malware, disruption, or security testing without permission.
- No use that violates applicable Egyptian or Saudi cybercrime and cybersecurity requirements.
- Do not evade limits, misuse another party's channel or number, or market without required grounds, consent, and opt-out.
- Bostagy does not ship goods, so no shipment-items list is created. If logistics is added: [PROHIBITED / RESTRICTED ITEMS POLICY REQUIRES OPERATIONS CONFIRMATION].
9. Third-party services
Channels, integrations, hosting, email, SMS, payment, analytics, and AI providers may be needed for selected functionality and apply their own terms. Their change or suspension can limit a feature. This does not exclude any Bostagy responsibility that mandatory law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Intellectual property
Bostagy or its licensors retain rights in the software, interface, owned content, and marks. A subscription grants a limited non-exclusive use right for its term. Bostagy does not claim connected-channel marks, customer content, or open-source rights governed by their licences.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be proportionately restricted for fraud, material breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal duty, with notice and a chance to cure where practical and lawful. Mandatory rights are not removed. Data export and post-termination recovery windows are [BUSINESS/LEGAL CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
12. Availability and support
Maintenance, the internet, or connected providers may interrupt service; uninterrupted operation is not promised. An SLA or service credit applies only when stated in a written order or contract. Support, backup, and recovery commitments are [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].
13. Liability and mandatory rights
Each party bears responsibility allocated by contract and law. Nothing excludes fraud, gross fault, or harm that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Any cap and commercial exclusions are [LIABILITY CLAUSE REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL LEGAL REVIEW] for customer type and country.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, or other mandatory Saudi consumer rules.
14. Governing law and disputes
Egypt users: an agreement may be governed by Egyptian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection. Saudi users: it may be governed by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory protections. [GOVERNING LAW / CONTRACTING ENTITY REQUIRES LEGAL CONFIRMATION].
